The maximum dimensions for a package sent to us from an international customer is 31cm x 24cm x 17cm. Anything larger than this will place a penalty fee on your submission of £20 (converted to your local currency), as this shipment will not be eligible for our free inbound shipping option.

The minimum quantity of cards you can submit varies by region, and is to allow for the subsidy of the incoming shipment cost. If you do not meet the minimum card count, we reserve the right to apply a £20 (converted to your local currency) charge upon receiving the submission.

Ace Grading will only accept submissions that use our DHL Express service. We have personally tailored this experience to make sure that it is seamless for Ace Grading customers. We will not accept any submission that doesn't use the Ace Grading DHL Express integration.
