Membership benefit
AceSelect provides access to member-only pricing on eligible services, subject to availability and capacity limits.
No guaranteed availability
Membership does not guarantee that any specific service level, including Core or Value, will be continuously available or open for submissions at all times.
Capacity closures
Ace Grading may pause, close, reopen, limit, or allocate submission capacity across service levels where needed to manage demand, operational capacity, and turnaround times.
No guaranteed turnaround
Published turnaround times are estimates or targets only and may vary depending on submission volumes, operational capacity, and other circumstances.
Alternatives when closed
If Core or Value service levels are unavailable, members may wait for the service levels to reopen or choose another available service level at the applicable price.
Membership fees & refunds
AceSelect memberships include a 14 day cooling off period in line with UK consumer protection regulations. Members who cancel within the 14 days of purchasing their membership will receive a full refund. Any submissions created using AceSelect membership pricing during the cooling-off period may be cancelled or repriced at the applicable non-member rate if the membership is cancelled and refunded. After the 14-day cooling off period, AceSelect membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including where membership benefits or services have not been used. Any grading credit issued as part of a promotional membership offer may be removed or adjusted if a membership is cancelled and refunded within the cooling-off period.
Changes to service
Ace reserves the right to change service level names, prices, submission allocations, benefits, and service level availability, with reasonable notice where required.

New AceSelect members will receive introductory grading credit upon successful membership activation. Credit will be applied to the member account after 14 days of sign-up. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value and can only be redeemed against eligible grading services with Ace Grading Ltd. Credit may not be used in conjunction with selected promotions or discounts. Ace Grading Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Offer valid for new AceSelect memberships activated before 31 December 2027.
